Anna-Mari & Jean

Another familiar face, another one of those moments that makes me wonder where the years have gone. I’ve known Jean and his family since nursery school days, and this time I got to meet the lovely Anna-Mari too. We gathered with their families near Fick’s Pool for their matric farewell photographs, with Hermanus turning on all its bright sunshine and that beautiful turquoise sea behind us. Anna-Mari looked gorgeous in a colour that could not have suited the day more perfectly, with Jean rather dashing beside her. Friends joined us a little later, families proudly looked on, and there was that unmistakable excitement in the air as another milestone was about to begin.
