What a joy it was to photograph Brian & Pat’s wedding at the beloved Mogg’s Kitchen in the Hemel en Aarde Valley—a true gem tucked into the hills of Hermanus. Originally started by Julia and her mother, this cozy country cookhouse was the perfect setting for a day filled with warmth, love, and laughter.

With the weather nudging us indoors, the celebration took on an intimate charm—close friends and family gathered in a space that felt more like a glowing home than a venue. Pat, radiant in her gown and her beautiful auburn hair, and Brian, elegant in his soft beige suit, stood surrounded by generations of love.

All their grandchildren were part of the wedding party—girls floating through the room in soft pastels, now grown into young women, and the boys proudly donning cream suits just like their grandfather. There was a sense of history, joy, and new beginnings, all wrapped into one unforgettable day.
