Photographing Dave and Lizette's wedding was a delightful experience, capturing the essence of their love and celebration in a truly unique setting. Lizette, a well-known chef, made her mark abroad but decided to return to South Africa, where she established her renowned restaurant, Lizette's. The couple chose to tie the knot in the heart of Africa, but the celebration with their loved ones took place at her restaurant. The culinary experience was nothing short of amazing, reflecting Lizette's culinary expertise. The venue, a beautiful historical house with spacious rooms, a wrap-around porch, and a charming thatch roof, nestled amid lush gardens and picturesque mountains, added a touch of timeless elegance to the festivities. As the photographer, and having worked closely with Lizette on other projects, it was extra special to witness and capture the joy of their wedding day. Dave, a pilot, looked incredibly handsome in his suit, making the day even more memorable.
