Griessels

Some families make you feel like you've known them forever.

I had the privilege of spending the afternoon with the Griessels as they celebrated their grandfather's 90th birthday. Their home, overlooking the golf course, was the perfect setting for a beautifully styled "90th Hole" lunch shared by three generations.

The bright midday sun challenged us to find the right spots for family photographs, but it also led us to create images in places we may never have considered otherwise. Sometimes those unexpected moments make the best memories.

Watching the Griessels laugh, tease one another and simply enjoy being together reminded me so much of my own family. It was a privilege to document a milestone surrounded by love, connection and the people who matter most.
